After registration

Provided that your trademark meets the legal requirements for protection, its entry into the trademarks register of the Republic of Cyprus, provides you protection initially for a period of ten (10) years, which can be extended by its renewal for consecutive periods of ten (10) years each.

Non-timely renewal of your trademark leads to its annulment and, in such case, the protection rights provided to you by the law are lost.
