Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ. 05 to terminate:

• the application for trademark's registration;
• the objection to a trademark's registration;
• the revocation of a registered trademark; or
• the invalidity of a registered trademark.

It is noted that no fees are paid with the submission of the said forms.
