The Trademarks Regulations govern, among others, the procedures followed and the forms submitted to the Intellectual Property Section for the registration, renewal and management of trademarks in the Republic of Cyprus, as well as the forms and procedures for the submission of objections to trademark registration, applications for trademark annulment and for corrections in the Trademark register.
