Publication of granting preliminary protection of claims

Proof of receipt of documents

After the receipt of your application, the Intellectual Property Section issues the relevant proof of receipt and notifies you of the relevant application number and date.

Publishing in Official Gazzette

Provided that the Intellectual Property Section is satisfied that all, depending on the case, legislation requirements have been met, it proceeds to the filing of the translation, the updating of the patents register, its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic as well as the relevant notification of the agent.

Certified Copies

In case you wish to secure the issuance of certified copies, you can submit a request for obtaining certified copies of patent.
