Details
The Patents (Fees and Rights) Regulations govern, among others, the procedures followed, the forms submitted and the fees payable to the Intellectual Property Section, for the submission, renewal and management of patents in the Republic of Cyprus.
The Patents (Fees and Rights) Regulations of 1999 and the amending Regulations of 2000 are provided.
