The main criteria of review of the form Π.14 are:

• within 18 months from the strike off date;
• valid power of attorney (form Π.8);
• submission of completed renewal forms (form Π.13);
  simultaneous submission of form Π.15 and payment of the relevant fees.

It is noted that in case of omission of completion / submission of the above data / documents, a relevant letter is sent for submission of the data that are missing within a specified period.
