The main criteria of review of an application for the assignment of the right of use of an industrial design or model (form ΒΣΥ3) are the following:

• the details of the assignee and the assignor are correct;
• the applicant has defined how the licence was granted and the written agreement has been submitted;
• the applicant has declared the validity of the license;
• the application has been duly signed. 

If the application is incomplete, the examiner issues a letter to the applicant. Upon the registration of the form, a certificate is issued and the appointment of the new licensee is published in the governmental gazette.
