Fill in and submit the application for registration of exploitation licensee for a design or model (form ΒΣΥ3) to update the industrial designs and models register accompanied by:

• the agreement by which the right of use was assigned (in case of assignment by the beneficiary);
• the documents of legalisation of parties (in case of assignment by the beneficiary)

It is noted that no fees are imposed for the filing of the said form.
