Fill in and submit form Π.4 or Π.5 to proceed to a correction of a mistake in the patents register in relation to a granted patent or an application for granting a patent respectively.

A fee of one hundred euros (€100) is paid for each form with the submission of the said form, payable in in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property or via bank transfer.

In case where a power of attorney covering the said procedure has not already been filed, the form for authorising an agent (form Π.8) must be attached.
