The main criteria of review of an application for the amendment of authorised person (form ΒΣΥ5) are the following:

• the details of the applicant/submitter are correct;
• the details of the authorised person for services have been completed;
• the declaration has been duly completed by the applicant/ authorised person;
• the application has been duly signed. 

In case where the application is incomplete, a letter is issued to the applicant.
