Trademarks' validity period
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver hereby informs that the period of registration for Trademarks registered as from 17/06/2020, which is the implementation date of the Trademark (Amending) Law 63/(I)/2020 and Trademark Regulations of 2020 (Κ.Δ.Π. 259/2020), is 10 years from the filing of application for registration date.
