The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property hereby announces that 3 new tutorials regarding changes arising in the Trademarks Law of Cyprus (CHA.268) and the resulting practice alterations after its harmonization with the European Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trade marks have been posted on section “Guides”. The tutorials were filmed under cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Office in October 2022.
