EUIPO Out-of-Commerce Works Platform
The platform is a public online register managed by the EUIPO that collects information about works that are still protected by copyright but are no longer commercially available (e.g. old books, films, archives). The aim is to enable libraries, archives and museums to digitise them and make them available to the public in a legal manner.
