Fill in and submit the application for changes or corrections of an industrial design or model (form ΒΣΥ2) to proceed to amendment of details filed in the register of the Intellectual and Industrial Property Section in relation to the applicant, the beneficiary and the industrial design or model, accompanied by a certificate of change of name in case of name change of of a legal person.

It is noted that no fees are imposed for the filing of a form for changes or corrections.
