Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ.13  to obtain:

• certified copies;
• copies;
• trademark history;
• search of register.

The fees for the issuance of the above certificates are as follows:

• fourteen euros (€ 14) for a certified copy of a registration application, registration or renewal certificate, or a registered trademark document;
• ten euros (€ 10) for copies or excerpts from the trademark register;
• thirty-eight euros (€ 38) for copies or excerpts of objection, forfeiture and invalidity procedures;
• eighty seven euros (€ 87) for the issuance of a trademark history.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar Companies and Intellectual Property or through bank transfer.
