Fill in and submit form Ε.Σ 19, within two (2) months from the date of the relevant notification by the Intellectual Property Section to the objector for the registration or the applicant for invalidity of registered trademark, to submit:

• your observations towards applicant observations or the beneficiary respectively, for the purpose of supporting the objection or the application for declaration of voidness; and
• evidence in relation to substantial use, or the existence of reasonable cause for non-use, of your previous trademark, in case this has been requested by the applicant or the trademark beneficiary.

It is noted that no fees are paid with the submission of the form.
