Following the announcement of the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property dated 26/11/2025, it is hereby notified that the Department will accept payments at its counters exclusively by the following methods:

•Banker’s draft

• Card payment

• Cash, up to the maximum amount of ten thousand euros (€10,000)

It is clarified that bank transfers will not be accepted, regardless of amount, for account holders at the Department.

It is further clarified that the Department will continue to accept bank transfers, as was previously the case.

This comes into effect on 1 January 2026
